Manchester City meet Cardiff City at Etihad Stadium in the Premier League on Wednesday night.
A victory would elevate the Citizens to the top of the league over Liverpool, at least for three days.
Pep Guardiola’s side are still alive in four competitions and are still a game behind Liverpool.
This is a huge game for both sides as Cardiff is fighting to stay in the English top-flight while City is battling for first place.
Neil Warnock’s men are coming off a last minute 2-1 defeat against Chelsea. The Bluebirds must pick themselves up in order to stay in the fight.

Sergio Aguero picked up a knock against Fullham and will likely be rested. Despite this, Guardiola will have a rather injury free squad against Cardiff. Vincent Kompany returns after being out for a month with a muscular problem.
Meanwhile, Warnock will be without their best man Callum Paterson and Sol Bamba.

Though still in relegation zone, the Bluebirds will keep the fight going until its not possible. Huddersfield Town and Fullham have already fallen to second division. They are still five points away from Burnley who looks safe at 17 with 33 points.
