Main Event of Wrestlemania 35

The Main Event for Wrestlemania 35 will be headlined by the women’s division for the first time ever in WWE history.

Becky Lynch facing RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey and newly won Smackdown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair will battle on April 7th, 2019 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Charlotte Flair won the title just days before Wrestlemania!

Last night on WWE Smackdown Live, Charlotte won the Women’s Championship from Asuka. This win sparked some outrage within the locker room. Some of the fans are hoping to see Asuka defend her title against someone like Mandy Rose or Sonya Deville or even Lana. However, the plan all changed because maybe WWE doesn’t think one Women’s Championship is enough for the Women’s to be in the WWE’s key Pay per View: Wrestlemania.

Sasha Banks took to Twitter by saying our voice matters. In truth, it doesn’t and Vince Mcmahon will do what he thinks is right.

Just look at Becky Lynch, one day she was a Heel “the Man”, but when WWE Universe cheering her loudly; the creative changed her persona and gave the heel character to Charlotte Flair.

What done is done! How WWE can turn things around!

WWE Universe knows the rumor of Ronda Rousey possibly heading out after Wrestlemania. Additionally, Flair holds the same title but from Smackdown brand; this will confuse the fans because will Lynch moved to Raw if she pins Ronda? Or what happens if Charlotte pins Ronda, will she have to vacate one of the titles?

So what the creative needs to do is the winner wins both title belts as the first-ever Unified Women’s Championship. Changing everything on RAW the next night, with a new title name (like Women’s Featherweight Champion), not just a title-less “Women’s Champion”, design.

Main Event Ending!

The main event of this Women’s Triple Thread Championship Match should end with a twist if they decided not to unify the titles. That is Ronda decide to stick around for Summer Slam. Shayna Baszler getting involve which leads to Ronda retaining the title and we could have a huge “doubled main-event” at Summer Slam.

Then and there the fans get to see Raw Women’s Champion “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey vs “The Man” Becky Lynch and Smackdown’s Women’s Champion “The Queen” Charlotte Flair vs “The Queen of Spades” Shayna Baszler.

One more: Mid Card Title for the Women’s Division.

The company needs to create a mid-card title like Women’s TV championship or Women’s “Iron Lady” Championship belt; but unlike the tag team titles, both singles’ champions don’t need to appear in both brands. They just need to defend their titles with another brand in Pay per Views; if they lose their title, the title goes to the women who may be from Raw or SmackdownLive.

I personally like the Women’s Iron Lady championship name with the title only be defended under a Fatal Four Ways (two from each brand). This will give more storylines for the women’s division. Unlike the men’s, women’s superstars aren’t much stacked. They only have “three” titles (top, mid and tag team) on both brands to go after.

Mid-card

By creating a mid-card title, superstars like Sonya Deville, Mandy Rose, Ruby Riott, Lana, Naomi, Liv Morgan, and Sarah Logan can go after. I didn’t put Asuka because she should head out to AEW since she will be treated like Shinsuke Nakamura going forward. And Kairi Sane & Io Shirai will most likely end up as a tag team if they are called to the main roster.
