Real Madrid Star Isco To Undergo Urgent Surgery
Real Madrid star Isco will undergo urgent surgery due to an acute appendicitis. The 26-year-year will go under the knife in the next few hours.
Also, in a short statement, Real Madrid said:
“After the tests performed on our player Isco, he was diagnosed with acute appendicitis.
“The player will be intervened in the next hours.”
For this reason, Isco will be absent against Sevilla at the Ramon Sanchez Pizujuan on Wednesday.
In his press conference before Sevilla, Julen Lopetegui hinted he was unsure of the healing time for Isco. In addition, everything points out at him being out against Atlético de Madrid on Saturday.
“Hopefully it’s a speedy recovery. When a player’s out it’s always bad news and we wish him a speedy recovery,” Lopetegui said.
“We’ve got a good squad and somebody else will have to play. I have total confidence in the rest of my players.
“I have not been able to talk to him. He’s about to go into surgery. I hope he can quickly get back into shape.”
Additionally, Lopetegui may be without Dani Carvajal who did not practice with his teammates on Tuesday.
