Super Show-Down 2018 Final Match Card

In a recent change of events, WWE has started to broadcast live shows from around the world via the WWE Network. Saturday, October 6th 4e/1p am (for American viewers), Super Show-Down 2018 will air live.

These are the finalized matches for WWE Super Show-Down 2018.

Triple H (w/ Shawn Michaels) vs The Undertaker (w/ Kane)

This match will supposedly be the last time Triple H and The Undertaker face off. Both men haven’t had a match since WrestleMania 34. This will more than likely build to the rumored D-Generation X vs Brothers of Destruction match at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia.

Bobby Lashley & John Cena vs Kevin Owens & Elias

Most of the matches on this card will feel like somebody hit the random button in WWE 2k19. This is one of them. It was originally Cena vs Owens. Elias and Lashley were later added on.

WWE Championship #1 Contender’s Match: Daniel Bryan vs The Miz

This feud has been raging on for the better part of a decade. After their sub-par match at SummerSlam 2018 and their painstakingly ok mixed tag match at Hell in a Cell 2018, hopefully, Miz and Bryan can put on a more memorable bout.

The SHIELD vs Braun Strowman, Dolph Ziggler, and Drew McIntyre

Rollins and Ziggler have had a “Feud of the Year” caliber rivalry so far over the Intercontinental championship. Dean Ambrose, fresh off a return, is back to prove he hasn’t lost a step. Braun wants the Universal championship. The only thing that stands in his way is the “big dog” Roman Reigns.

The Bella Twins & Ronda Rousey vs The Riott Squad

The Riott Squad have been running wild recently on Monday Night RAW. Ronda Rousey, as well as her recently returned best friends forever, the Bella Twins, look to put a stop to the young up and comers.

(WWE Championship) No Holds Barred: AJ Styles (c) vs Samoa Joe

Joe demanded this rematch after video footage showed the referee was out of position to see Styles submit to the Coquina Clutch. SmackDown Live GM Paige made this match No Holds Barred to ensure a clear winner.

(Cruiserweight Championship) Cedric Alexander (c) vs Buddy Murphy

Cedric has been on an undefeated streak as champion since WrestleMania 34. Buddy Murphy (who has to be over the weight requirements… JUST LOOK AT THE MASSIVE MAN) looks to capture the Cruiserweight championship for the first time in his career.

(SmackDown Tag Team Championships) The New Day (c) vs The Bar

They don’t just set the bar… Sheamus and Cesaro look to be one of the only teams to hold both RAW and SmackDown tag team gold. The New Day are arguably one the most popular tag teams of all time.

Asuka & Naomi vs The IIconics

This is one of those “hit the random button” matches. Billie and Peyton have been taunting Asuka and Naomi for a few weeks now. This match will settle their differences.

(SmackDown Women’s Championship) Becky Lynch (c) vs Charlotte Flair

Becky Lynch won the SmackDown Women’s championship for the second time at Hell in a Cell 2018. Charlotte is invoking her rematch clause. This will surely be another fantastic match.
