Real Madrid Loan Hakimi To Dortmund
Promising Moroccan defender Achraf Hakimi has been officially transferred to Borussia Dortmund on loan. The young full back who can play anywhere on the right, will spend two years with the German club. Real Madrid loan Hakimi to Dortmund will be a great opportunity for the youngster.
After joining Real Madrid’s youth academy in 2006, Hakimi rose through the ranks before making his first team debut in October 2017. Achraf has 17 total appearances for ‘Los Blancos’ scoring 2 goals.
In addition, the Moroccan defender holds impressive international experience despite only being 19 years of age. After an early international debut in 2016, the teenager already has 13 caps and 1 goal for his country.
By the same token, the Madrid defender played all three matches for Morocco in the World Cup including a tough match against several teammates with Spain.
Hakimi will travel to the United States to join his new club for their pre-season preparations. Dortmund bolster their defense with the Madrid youth product and look to improve on their fourth place finish last season.
