World Cup 2018: Poland vs Colombia Preview

Poland and Colombia are looking for their first World Cup win in Group H. Both sides are in desperate need after their disappointing defeats at the hands of Senegal and Japan.

Poland will have its hopes on superstar striker Robert Lewandowski. In addition, this will be a great opportunity as they came as heavy favorites to win their group. Also, Coach Adam Nawalka will likely make several changes in the starting lineup in order to get more production on the front side.

On the other hand, Colombia will be led by Bayern Munich’s James Rodriguez. Also, James came off the bench as a questionable decision made by coach Jose Perkerman. However, along with El Tigre Radamel Falcao will need  to spark some fire for Colombia to get on the score-sheet.

Possible line-ups

Poland: Wojciech Szczesny; Kamil Glik; Michal Pazdan, Lukasz Piszczek; Maciej Rybus, Jacek Goralski, Grzegorz Krychowiak, Bartosz Bereszyniski; Kamil Grosicki, Piotr Zielinski, Robert Lewandowski

Colombia: David Ospina; Santiago Arias, Cristian Zapata, Oscar Murillo, Johan Mojica; Abel Aguilar, Wilmar Barrios; Juan Cuadrado, James Rodriguez, Luis Muriel; Radamel Falcao

Prediction:

Lastly, Colombia and Poland have great chances at advancing to the next round with the amount of talent. However, Colombia superpower in offense will prevail in this match.

Poland 1 – 3 Colombia
