Zidane Has Informed Bale He’s Out Next Season
Zinedine Zidane finally took the ax to Gareth Bale on Sunday after leaving him out of the 18-men squad.
However, Spanish newspapers are informing that the Frenchman has already informed the Welshman that he does not count with him for next season.
After Real’s win over Villarreal, Zidane was asked about Bale’s omission.
“I’m the coach, I have to pick the team and that’s all there is to it,” Zidane said.
“You can interpret it as you wish. I need to pick a squad of players and some are going to miss out.”
Additionally, Sport reports that Zidane has begun making these announcement to the individual players who he will be axing for next season.
Among those players, Dani Ceballos and Marcos Llorente. The other players mentioned have been Isco Alarcon and Marco Asensio.
Not too long ago it was reported that Bale wanted to stay with the Spanish giants. However, his future remains uncertain at this time.
It is clear that his situation at the club, and his mates, has been his lack of incorporation with the team.
