Verbal Agreement Between Real Madrid And Eriksen
Real Madrid have reached a verbal agreement with Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen over a move to the Spanish capital this summer.
According to Diario AS, the Spanish club has yet to make a deal with the English side. However, they believe the transaction will cost them around 101 million euros.
Just a few weeks ago, we reported that Florentino Perez wanted to start at 90 million euros. However, many believe the Spurs’ starting price will remain 150 million euros.
Nonetheless, the agreement between the player and Spanish club will improve his monetary condition.
However, Perez continues to believe he can bring the price down given that the player has rejected many offers to extend his contract in Tottenham. The Danish player current contract expires in June of 2020.
With this wiggle room and the desire of the player, Real Madrid are heavy favorites to take over the Danish player’s services.
Nevertheless, Los Blancos continue to be on the sweepstakes for Paul Pogba who has also expressed the desire to exit the English club this summer.
