Iker Casillas Suffers Heart Attack During Practice
Iker Casillas suffered heart attack during Porto’s training this Wednesday morning. Additionally, the goalkeeper was hospitalized right away but is now out of any danger.
The 37-year-old Spaniard has undergone a catheterization and has been admitted to the CUF Porto hospital.
Casillas was said to have felt unwell after training this morning. While his life is no longer in danger, he will not play again the rest of the season, this according to several Spanish media outlets.

Porto
Fabiano and Vana are Porto’s backup keepers. Porto sits second behind Benfica in the Primeira Liga. With six more points in dispute, the Porto side have a chance at catching up and winning the league.
Additionally, Porto will be playing the Taca de Portugal against Sporting in a two-leg series. The action is set to start the last week in May after the league season is over.
It is uncertain if Casillas will remain in Portugal but he has one more year remaining in his contract.
