Madrid After Eriksen If Pogba Stays In Manchester
It is no secret that Real Madrid are after Manchester United’s Paul Pogba to reinforce their midfield this summer.
However, the club is aware that handling Pogba’s agent is hard to do.
According to Diario Gol, Madrid’s president Florentino Perez is aware of the Spur’s asking price of €150m. However, Perez feels he can bring that price down given the player’s desire to join Los Blancos this summer. Additionally, Ericksen’s contract is due to expire at the end of next season.
Perez’s desired price is said to be €90m which is relatively less than the asking price for Pogba.
The Danish midfielder has been with Tottenham since 2013 when he arrived from Ajax. Since then, he’s been a key player for Mauricio Pochettino’s time, making 250 appearances and scoring 64 times in all competitions.
