Manchester City will be seeking to cement a place in the next round when they host Schalke on Tuesday.
City came from behind to defeat the Bavarian side 3-2 in the first leg.
Meanwhile, the German club will have to score three if they want to advance to the next round and hope that City does not score.
Team News
City boss Pep Guardiola will be without Nicholas Otamendi or Fernandinho due to suspensions. Additionally, Claudio Bravo, Benjamin Mendy, Vincent Kompany and Kevin De Bruyne are all working some injuries.
John Stones may return to action, while Eric Garcia is set to make the bench.
Meanwhile, Schalke have a hand full of injury concerns. Daniel Caligiuri, Alessandro Schopf and Omar Mascarell will not see action.
Lineups and Prediction
Manchester City XI: Ederson; Walker, Laporte, Stones; Danilo, B. Silva, Gundogan, Delph; Mahrez, Jesus, Sane.
Schalke XI: Fahrmann; Bruma, Stambouli, Nastasic; McKennie, Rudy, Serdar, Oczipka; Bentaleb, Burgstaller; Embolo.
Given the upper hand that City have over the German side, City are heavy favorites to win. Additionally, the Citizens are flying high after taking control of first place in the Premier League.
Weston McKennie and Schalk, taking a loss will not be the end of the world. The Germans are in a relegation battle in the Bundesliga, and that will likely be their priority.
Nonetheless, an ugly win for City will do for both sides.
