Alexa Bliss Injured With Concussion; Possibly Out Of Evolution Match

According to Cultaholic, Alexa Bliss is suffering from an injury from this weekend. Bliss was in a match against Ronda Rousey this past Saturday in Hartford, CT, during a WWE Live event. Several news sites have reported a broken nose. But most are leaning towards the possibility of a concussion.

Bliss is scheduled to appear this Sunday at Evolution. She will compete in a tag team match along side Mickie James. Their opponents will be Trish Stratus and Lita. As is the protocol with head injuries, Bliss will need to take an impact test to see how serious the injury is. Unfortunately, this means she may miss the pay-per-view.

Monday Without Bliss

Monday Night RAW yesterday featured no appearance from Alexa Bliss. A backstage altercation saw Mickie James facing off against Lita and Trish with Alicia Fox accompanying her instead. Because of this, many speculate Bliss is being replaced by Fox in her tag match this Sunday.

This supposed concussion comes after Bliss suffered an arm injury during the Hell in a Cell event. It appears Bliss is having a bit of bad luck recently.

So far, nothing is being said by WWE or Bliss herself about the injury. When it comes to the Evolution match, it is still Bliss and James facing off against Stratus and Lita. If Alexa is unable to compete, then she will be replaced by Fox from the looks of it.

Head injuries are a serious manner. It’s especially taken more seriously in impact sports. If Bliss cannot be cleared by Sunday, then she will have to miss Evolution. This is extremely unfortunate, because this is supposed to be a huge night for all WWE Women Superstars from the past and present.

Hopefully it’s nothing too serious and we see Alexa Bliss headline Evolution this Sunday.
