Real Madrid And Luka Jovic Reach Deal

Real Madrid and Luka Jovic have come to terms for a move to Santiago Bernabeu this summer.

Los Blancos have completed a 60 million euros deal to acquire the 21-year-old Serbia international from Eintracht Frankfurt.

Sky Sports indicates that the deal is set to be for a five-year contract which will earn Jovic 50 million euros.

The striker was on loan from Benfica last summer and the the German side exercised their option to make the move permanent.

This season, Jovic has scored 17 times in 31 Bundesliga. He has also racked a total of 10 goals in Europa League and reached the semifinals with Frankfurt in a thriller against Chelsea at Stanford Bridge.

With Karim Benzema being the boss’ main striker, Jovic is looking at being on the bench.

Additionally, Real Madrid will be adding Eden Hazard from Chelsea this summer.

An overbooking at front may happen. However, there are several players who will likely exit the club on loan or permanent basis.

The Serbian striker has been in the target for many other clubs like Barcelona and English teams.

Los Blancos, however, are acquiring a great player with great future potential.

Unfortunately for Vinicius Jr., this may hinder his progress if he loses out to Jovic.
