During this weekend’s Royal Rumble and Royal Rumble Kickoff, several announcers will lend their voices to the action. It’s always fun to know who will express their feelings during the matches. Let’s take a look at the announce team list for Royal Rumble.
Announce Team List
Kickoff Show
The kickoff show will start at 5pm (Eastern time). In the first hour of the kickoff show, we will see Jonathan Coachman, Booker T, Jerry “The King” Lawler, and Beth Phoenix. In the second hour, Booker T and Lawler with be replaced with Shawn Michaels and David Otunga. A second panel will include JBL and Charly Caruso. Kayla Braxton, Dasha Fuentes and Sarah Schreiber will be standing on deck to conduct exclusive interviews.
Once the Royal Rumble pay-per-view begins at 7 ET/4 PT, the announce teams will run as follows:
Men’s Royal Rumble Match
The announcers will be Michael Cole, JBL, Jerry “The King Lawler”, and Corey Graves.
Women’s Royal Rumble Match
Renee Young, Beth Phoenix, Tom Phillips and Corey Graves will be announcing the second annual Women’s Rumble Match.
Universal Championship Match and the Raw Women’s Championship Match
Michael Cole, Corey Graves and Renee Young will take the action here as commentators.
The WWE Championship Match, SmackDown Women’s Championship Match, SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match and United States Championship Match
Looks like Corey Graves, Byron Saxton, and Tom Phillips will have their hands full for 4 matches for Royal Rumble. They will be announcing all SmackDown Championship matches.
Fatal 4-Way Cruiserweight Championship Match
Vic Joseph, Percy Watson, and Nigel McGuinness will be calling for the Cruiserweights.
Ring announcers
We can’t forget about the ring announcers for Royal Rumble, which will be Greg Hamilton and Mike Rome.
