Ranked Game(s)

‘Ranked Games’ feature schools that find themselves within the Associated Press (AP) Top 25 Rankings, regardless of who their opponent is.

Memphis Tigers (1-0) @ #22 Louisiana State Tigers (2-0)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA @ the Pete Maravich Assembly Center

Network SEC Network

Game Note: Will Wade’s group looks ready to battle this year, surviving an early season challenger against North Carolina-Greensboro. LSU’s non-conference schedule is actually filled with solid mid-major programs such as Furman, Houston, and Louisiana Tech.

Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (1-0) @ #5 Tennessee Volunteers (2-0)

Time: 9 p.m. (est)

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee, USA @ the Thompson-Boling Arena

Network: ESPN2

Non-ranked DI Games

‘Non-ranked DI Games’ feature schools that are outside of the AP Top 25, but both teams are DI schools.

Wisconsin Badgers (1-0) @ Xavier Musketeers (2-0)

Time: 6:30 p.m. (est)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, USA @ the Cintas Center

Network: FS1

Game Note: This game may have huge March Madness implications late in the season. Despite both teams being unbeaten, neither has been overly impressive. Wisconsin beat Coppin State, while Xavier barely escaped Evansville and having to rally from behind to beat Indiana Purdue Indianapolis.

North Carolina-Asheville Bulldogs (1-0) @ North Carolina State Wolfpack (2-0)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, USA @ the PNC Arena

Network: ACC Network

Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks (2-0) @ Miami-Florida Hurricanes (1-0)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Coral Gables, Florida, USA @ the Watsco Center

Network: ESPNU

Game Note: Before the season started, many would’ve said this has upset potential written all over it. Stephen F. Austin has performed well against major schools, including running the Southland Conference in recent years. However, the Lumberjacks have underperformed in their first two games, as the Hurricanes should be fine in this one.

Rhode Island Rams (1-0) @ Charleston Cougars (2-0)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Charleston, South Carolina, USA @ the TD Arena

Game Note: This is a very intriguing mid-major game. Rhode Island is looking to show that they can continue success past Dan Hurley’s departure, while the Cougars are still looking to build off what was a pretty impressive season a year ago.

North Carolina-Greensboro Spartans (1-1) @ North Carolina-Wilmington Seahawks (0-2)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Wilmington, North Carolina, USA @ the Trask Coliseum

Southern Jaguars (0-2) @ Louisville Cardinals (1-0)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Louisville, Kentucky, USA @ the KFC Yum! Center

Network: ACC Network

Norfolk State Spartans (2-1) @ South Carolina Gamecocks (1-1)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Columbia, South Carolina, USA @ the Colonial Life Arena

Network: SEC Network+

Game Note: Two years ago Frank Martin led the Gamecocks to a Final Four appearance. Now, South Carolina is coming off a home loss to Stony Brook. Stony Brook is 2-0 after two impressive wins, but South Carolina needs to win those sort of games to make the NCAA Tournament or even compete in the SEC this season.

Georgia Bulldogs (1-0) @ Temple Owls (2-0)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA @ the Liacouras Center

Network: ESPN3

Holy Cross Crusaders (1-1) @ Providence Friars (1-1)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Providence, Rhode Island, USA @ the Dunkin Donuts Center

Network: FS2

Canisius Golden Griffins (0-0) @ Bucknell Bison (1-1)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA @ the Sojka Pavilion

Game Note: The Golden Griffins begin their season on the road in this game, a team who impressed last year in the MAAC. They can contend in-conference, but this will be a good early season game to see where they fall outside the MAAC.

Marist Red Foxes (1-1) @ Lehigh Mountain Hawks (1-1)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, USA @ the Stabler Arena

George Mason Patriots (0-2) @ Georgia Southern Eagles (1-0)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Statesboro, Georgia, USA @ the W.S. Hanner Fieldhouse

Network: ESPN+

Game Note: Georgia Southern enters as a dark horse contender for the Sun Belt crown, while George Mason is free-falling early. A few ugly losses to start the season is not what the Patriots envisioned. It’s only a few games in, but things don’t look promising for George Mason this season. A win here could get them on the right track.

Harvard Crimson (1-1) @ Massachusetts Minutemen (2-0)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Amherst, Massachusetts, USA @ the William D. Mullins Memorial Center

Network: ESPN+

Massachusetts-Lowell River Hawks (1-1) @ Central Connecticut Blue Devils (1-1)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: New Britain, Connecticut, USA @ the William H. Detrick Gymnasium

Game Note: Both of these teams entered the season with very low expectations. However, both teams have been somewhat impressive so far. UMass-Lowell came back from a 10-point deficit to defeat a Wagner team that won 20-plus games last year. Despite losing, Central Connecticut played Georgetown extremely tough and gave the Hoyas an early season scare.

Milwaukee Panthers (0-2) @ Florida International Panthers (2-0)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Miami, Florida, USA @ the Ocean Bank Convocation Center

Western Michigan Broncos (1-1) @ Oakland Golden Grizzlies (1-1)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Rochester, Michigan, USA @ the Athletics Center O’rena

Network: ESPN+

Gardner-Webb Bulldogs (0-2) @ Furman Paladins (2-0)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Greenville, South Carolina, USA @ the Timmons Arena

Network: ESPN+

Game Note: After a few years of knocking on the door, Furman seems poised to make a legit run at the SoCon title. They did just upset last year’s Final Four team in Loyola-Chicago, while Gardner-Webb is merely preparing for their in-conference schedule led by a potential Big South Conference Player of the Year winner in David Efianayi.

Longwood Lancers (2-0) @ Maryland-Eastern Shore Hawks (0-2)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Princess Anne, Maryland, USA @ the Hytche Arena

Lafayette Leopards (1-1) @ Pennsylvania Quakers (2-0)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA @ The Palestra

Network: ESPN+

Delaware State Hornets (0-2) @ Loyola-Maryland Greyhounds (0-2)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, USA @ the Reitz Arena

Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles (0-2) @ Savannah State Tigers (1-2)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Savannah, Georgia, USA @ the Tiger Arena

North Carolina Central Eagles (0-1) @ Cincinnati Bearcats (0-1)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, USA @ the Fifth Third Arena

Network: ESPN3

Game Note: The Bearcats performed decently against Ohio State in their first game. Cincinnati’s offense was inconsistent, which is to be expected this season. Cincinnati made a living on playing defense last year, as that may have to be the case again this season.

Mercer Bears (1-1) @ Georgia State Panthers (1-1)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, USA @ the GSU Sports Arena

Network: ESPN+

South Carolina State Bulldogs (1-1) @ Charleston Southern Buccaneers (1-1)

Time: 7:30 p.m. (est)

Location: Charleston, South Carolina, USA @ the CSU Field House

Network: ESPN+

Long Island-Brooklyn Blackbirds (2-0) @ Fairfield Stags (1-1)

Time: 7:30 p.m. (est)

Location: Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA @ the Webster Bank Arena

Network: ESPN+

Southeastern Louisiana Lions (1-2) @ Texas Tech Red Raiders (2-0)

Time: 7:30 p.m. (est)

Location: Lubbock, Texas, USA @ the United Supermarkets Arena

Chicago State Cougars (0-3) @ Illinois State Redbirds (1-1)

Time: 8 p.m. (est)

Location: Normal, Illinois, USA @ the Redbird Arena

Network: ESPN3

California Baptist Lancers (1-0) @ Oral Robert Golden Eagles (1-2)

Time: 8 p.m. (est)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA @ the Mabee Center

Game Note: The Lancers are undefeated in their DI debut! That could be short-lived as they now travel to their first DI opponent as a DI school. Enjoy the newfound journey Cal Baptist!

North Alabama Lions (1-1) @ Saint Louis Billikens (2-0)

Time: 8 p.m. (est)

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, USA @ the Chaifetz Arena

Network: ESPN+

Drake Bulldogs (1-0) @ Colorado Buffaloes (0-0)

Time: 8 p.m. (est)

Location: Boulder, Colorado, USA @ the CU Events Center

Network: Pac-12 Network

Little Rock Trojans (1-0) @ Tennessee State Tigers (0-1)

Time: 8 p.m. (est)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, USA @ the Gentry Center

Network: ESPN+

Coastal Carolina Chanticleers (2-0) @ Tulane Green Wave (0-1)

Time: 8 p.m. (est)

Location: New Orleans, Louisiana, USA @ the Devlin Fieldhouse

Game Note: Tulane lost their home-opener to Florida State, playing impressive despite the defeat. Coastal Carolina is 2-0 after defeating Campbell in their last game, as this will be their toughest test yet.

Georgetown Hoyas (2-0) @ Illinois Fighting Illini (1-0)

Time: 8:30 p.m. (est)

Location: Champaign, Illinois, USA @ the Stare Farm Center

Network: FS1

Pepperdine Waves (1-0) @ Northern Colorado Bears (1-0)

Time: 9 p.m. (est)

Location: Greeley, Colorado, USA @ the Bank of Colorado Arena

Iona Gaels (1-0) @ New Mexico Lobos (1-0)

Time: 9 p.m. (est)

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA @ the Dreamstyle Arena

Northwestern State Demons (1-1) @ Brigham Young Cougars (1-1)

Time: 9 p.m. (est)

Location: Provo, Utah, USA @ the Marriott Center

California State Northridge Matadors (0-1) @ Loyola Marymount Lions (2-0)

Time: 9 p.m. (est)

Location: Los Angeles, California, USA @ the Gersten Pavilion

Game Note: This is surprisingly a very intriguing early season game. Northridge nearly upset New Mexico in their season-opener, before having a game postponed due to the California wildfires. The Lions actually pulled off an upset themselves, knocking off Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV) in convincing fashion.

Mississippi Valley State Devils (0-2) @ Utah State Aggies (2-0)

Time: 9 p.m. (est)

Location: Logan, Utah, USA @ the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum

Nicholls Colonels (1-2) @ Idaho Vandals (0-1)

Time: 10 p.m. (est)

Location: Moscow, Idaho, USA @ the Memorial Gym

Hampton Pirates (1-1) @ California Golden Bears (0-1)

Time: 10 p.m. (est)

Location: Berkeley, California, USA @ the Haas Pavilion

Network: Pac-12 Network

Game Note: It didn’t seem like things could be worse for California following last season, but somehow it feels that way. Cal lost their top scorer last year and was blown out by Yale during a game in China. This team has a long way before being serious contenders for a March Madness appearance. Don’t expect Hampton to win, but don’t be surprised if they do.

California-Riverside Highlanders (0-2) @ Nevada-Las Vegas Rebels (0-1)

Time: 10 p.m. (est)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, USA @ the Thomas & Mack Center

Non-DI Opponent Games

Finally, the ‘Non-DI Opponent Games’ feature non-ranked DI schools who are matched up against a school in DII or lower.

Chestnut Hill College Griffins @ Delaware Blue Hens (1-1)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Newark, Delaware, USA @ the Bob Carpenter Center

Urbana Blue Knights @ Cleveland State Vikings (0-2)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Cleveland, Ohio, USA @ the Wolstein Center

Network: ESPN+

Pfeiffer Falcons @ Winthrop Eagles (1-1)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Rock Hill, South Carolina, USA @ the Winthrop Coliseum

Network: ESPN+

Cumberland-Tennessee Phoenix @ Chattanooga Mocs (1-1)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA @ the McKenzie Arena

Manchester Spartans @ Fort Wayne Mastodons (1-2)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA @ the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Kent, Ohio, USA @ the MAC Center

Network: ESPN+

Trinity Baptist Eagles @ Bethune-Cookman Wildcats (0-2)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Daytona Beach, Florida, USA @ the Moore Gymnasium

Midway Eagles @ Eastern Kentucky Colonels (1-1)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Richmond, Kentucky, USA @ the McBrayer Arena

Network: ESPN+

Regent Royals @ Howard Bison (2-0)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Washington, DC, USA @ the Burr Gymnasium

Hardin-Simmons Cowboys @ Texas State Bobcats (1-0)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: San Marcos, Texas, USA @ the Strahan Coliseum

Network: ESPN+

Game Note: Texas State’s game is part of the Portland Classic, in which the Portland Pilots will host a bunch of games mid-November. The Bobcats won in surprising fashion against Air Force, so time will tell if Texas State can compete in the Sun Belt this season.

Elms College Blazers @ Dartmouth Big Green (2-1)

Time: 7 p.m. (est)

Location: Hanover, New Hampshire, USA @ the Edward Leede Arena

Network: ESPN+

Harding Bison @ Louisiana Tech Bulldogs (2-0)

Time: 7:30 p.m. (est)

Location: Ruston, Louisiana, USA @ the Thomas Assembly Center

Game Note: Louisiana Tech can compete for a Conference-USA crown with the likes of Marshall and a few others. The Bulldogs defense has impressed thus far, holding back-to-back opponents under 70 points which includes Wichita State.

Trevecca Nazarene Trojans @ Liberty Flames (1-0)

Time: 8:30 p.m. (est)

Location: Lynchburg, Virginia, USA @ the Vines Center

Network: ESPN+

California Lutheran Kingsmen @ California-Santa Barbara Gauchos (1-1)
