Preview: Portland Classic
The Portland Classic is one of many early season NCAA basketball events. This event runs through most of the month of November, with four participating DI schools. Some schools will play a non-DI opponent, but Portland will host all the DI-matchups. USC-Upstate already played their non-DI opponent, as Cal Poly will not face one.
Dates: Nov. 13, 19, 21, 23 & 24
Teams: Cal Poly, Texas State, South Carolina-Upstate & Portland

Nov. 23 – Texas State vs. USC-Upstate – 7:30 p.m.
Nov. 23 – Cal Poly @ Portland – 10 p.m.
