Paris Saint-Germain vs Napoli Preview
Champions League action continues on Wednesday with Group C leader Napoli visiting Paris Saint-Germain.
After a tough defeat against Liverpool at Anfield, PSG has collected a stretch of six unbeaten games in all competitions. Additionally, Les Parisiens have done this while demolishing opposition and averaging four goals per match.
Meanwhile, Napoli come from a dominating win over Liverpool at home and a 2-0 win over Sassuolo which positions them second in Serie A standings.
Nonetheless, these two European heavyweights look to cement themselves in first place with a win.

Napoli boss Carlo Ancelotti looks to conquer the Parc des Princes in a similar fashion as they did against Liverpool. Additionally, Ancelotti will have a full squad available against Paris with the return of star winger Lorenzo Insigne and full-back Faouzi Ghoulam.
Thomas Tuchel’s side are in colossal form destroying all competition put in front of them. However, they will be without the services of Marco Verratti, Dani Alves and Layvin Kurzawa due to injuries. In defense, PSG have serious doubts about captain Thiago Silva with a muscle strain.
Tuchel’s biggest concern is with Edinson Cavani who has been struggling at goal. The German manager indicates that the Uruguayan player is going through a “difficult moment.”
Nonetheless, the French champions have an extensive bench that is capable of overcoming the current injury foes.

PSG Starting XI: Areola; Meunier, Marquinhos, Kimpembe, Bernat; Rabiot, Diarra, Neymar; Di Maria, Cavani, Mbappe.
Napoli Starting XI: Karnezis; Hysaj, Albiol, Koulibaly, Rui; Alla, Zielinski, Hamsik, Callejon; Mertens, Insigne.
Prediction
PSG and Napoli met just once before with PSG coming out on top in a two-legged UEFA Cup second round clash in 1992-93. If this match were to be played at home, the edge would favor Napoli. However, PSG have been dominators with Kylian Mbappe leading the way with 11 goals in eight games.
Nonetheless, Napoli wont be an easy task for PSG who hope to take the fight on both sides.
The match promises to be an entertaining game with lots of goals.
