When could we hear the “Wooo!!” back at Smackdown Live? Will we see a Charlotte Flair return before SummerSlam?  Let’s relive some history, and answer why Charlotte Flair has been missing in action. At Wrestlemania 34, we witnessed a moment of history. Charlotte Flair was the Smackdown Live Women’s Champion at the time, and she defended her title against Asuka (The Empress of Tomorrow). The day of WM 34, Asuka’s winning streak was at 914 days, never lost a match in WWE. This would be the longest winning streak ever. Flair ended the streak at WM when Asuka tapped out to the Figure 8.

Charlotte Flair Injury?

After defeating Asuka at WM, the following Smackdown Live event; we witnessed Charlotte losing her title to Carmella. Carmella cashed in after Billie Kay and Peyton Royce made their debut and attacked the Queen. Why would Flair win against Asuka but lose to Carmella?

All this was leading up to sending Charlotte Flair going on a hiatus to have surgery for a ruptured breast implant. Flair wanted to compete at Money In The Bank, before making the hiatus. After the PPV, this sent the former champ away for a few months.

Charlotte Flair Return

The real question is when will we hear the “Wooo!!” again. It has been reported that Flair wanted to be back in enough time, to prepare for SummerSlam. However, it’s been seen on social media that The Queen is aiming for July 31st; to make her return. So this upcoming Smackdown Live, we could see her return!!

There is no set match for her at this time at SummerSlam. However, I’m sure there will be some kind of rivalry starting up again; so she can have her a match! What are your thoughts about Charlotte Flair? Will she get back into the title shot? Will she turn on her friend Becky Lynch?

These all questions we are waiting to be answered. So sit back WWE Universe, and await as the suspense goes on.
